This weight bench with a weight rack and barbell and dumbbell set provides an ideal training solution for beginners and advanced users alike, for individual muscle workouts or combination exercises for entire muscle groups. The bench press can tone arm and chest muscles. The curl and butterfly station provide definition for the shoulders and arms, while the leg-curl works the lower and upper thighs, and a cable pulley strengthens the entire group of back muscles. The wide range of workout combinations and exercises allows for an effective, total body workout, while the adjustable settings enable the workout to be adapted to suit your specific needs. The sturdy steel construction of the bench ensures your safety during the exercises. The rubberised, non-slip feet add more stability. The versatile barbell and dumbbell set is perfect for chest, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It includes two 15 kg plates, two 10 kg plates, two 5 kg plates, four 2.5 kg plates, six 1.25 kg plates, two barbell bars and two dumbbell bars and has a total weight of about 90 kg. This set allows the users to variably select the weights they want to lift for different exercises. These plates are made of cement with a plastic shell and they can easily be secured onto the bars with the included star locks. The weight is clearly stamped on each plate for quick and easy identification.
